Tools Master

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Tools Master handles permissions, device information, and privacy-sensitive features.

Effective date: July 14, 2026

Tools Master is a native Android utility app that provides practical tools such as a compass, level, flashlight, ruler, protractor, and manual counter.

1. Overview

Tools Master is designed to work as an on-device utility app. The app does not require an account, does not ask you to create a profile, and is not designed to collect personal information for advertising or resale.

Some features may request Android permissions or use device sensors so the related tool can function properly. These permissions are used only for the feature you choose to use.

2. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

Tools Master does not intentionally collect, sell, rent, or share the following categories of information:

3. Permissions and Privacy-Sensitive Features

The app may involve the following permissions, APIs, or sensor access depending on which tool you use:

Permission or Data Source Why It May Be Used Privacy Notes
Camera permission Used for the flashlight tool so the app can control the device torch. Tools Master does not use this permission to take photos, record video, scan images, or access your camera feed.
Location permission May be used by the compass feature to improve direction accuracy by aligning magnetic north with map north. Location is used only for direction correction when permitted. The app is not designed to store, track, or share your location history.
Motion and orientation sensors Used by tools such as the compass, level, and protractor to calculate heading, tilt, and angle readings. Sensor readings are processed on the device to display utility measurements. They are not intended to identify you.
Screen and display metrics Used by the ruler tool to estimate measurement scale on the screen. Screen metrics are used locally for approximate measurement and are not personal information by themselves.
Manual counter value Used by the counter tool to show the number you manually increase, decrease, or reset. The counter value is a user-controlled utility value and is not intended to be transmitted to us.

4. How Permissions Are Controlled

You can grant or deny Android permissions through your device settings. If you deny a permission, the related feature may not work fully. For example, the flashlight may need camera permission to control the torch, and the compass may be less accurate without location-based correction.

You may revoke permissions at any time in Android Settings.

5. Data Storage and Transmission

Tools Master is designed as a local utility app. The core tools process readings on your device. The app is not designed to upload compass readings, flashlight usage, ruler measurements, protractor angles, or counter values to our servers.

If future versions add cloud features, analytics, crash reporting, or account features, this Privacy Policy should be updated to explain those changes before they are used.

6. Third-Party Services

The current app is not designed around third-party advertising networks or user profiling services. If third-party services are added in the future, this Privacy Policy should be updated to identify those services and describe their privacy impact.

7. Children’s Privacy

Tools Master is a general utility app and is not directed specifically to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review the concern.

8. Security

Because Tools Master is designed to process utility data locally, we aim to reduce privacy risk by limiting collection. No method of electronic storage or transmission is perfect, but minimizing unnecessary data collection is an important part of the app’s privacy approach.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page should be updated. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
